3.) If you are a professional, always AIM for excellence. You know what, all the best professionals I've known started from being a newbie in their field of expertise. You have to start somewhere - remember that!

Tip: Offer the best service..benchmark from other professionals and see to it that you offer the quality of service that customers are looking for. Don't do just that, continue studying as much as you can in the field of expertise you are into..browse the internet, search for new lectures, look for new techniques and new ways of serving your customers. INVEST TIME IN YOUR FIELD.
